Introductory software pricing is $1,000 per telephone line. Special pricing for non-profit organizations is also available. Maintenance contracts are available for 25% of the total purchase price, and include unlimited technical support and free software updates.
The Web-On-Call Voice Browser user interface was designed for people who use phones, not those who create phone systems. Moreover, any system administrator can get it up and running with ease.
With Web-On-Call Voice Browser, all you need is an existing Web server, regular analog or Centrex telephone lines, voice modems, and Web-On-Call Voice Browser software. System administration is performed using a graphical interface designed for GUI browsers and GUI systems administration.
Once the system is set up, changes to Web documents are automatically reflected in audio, fax or e-mail deliveries. The audio information can be created using a high-accuracy text-to-speech feature or capturing human-voice through our 'Teleprompting' feature.
For organizations that fulfill requests for information from around the world, Web-On-Call Voice Browser handles up to four language prompts simultaneously.
Web-On-Call Voice Browser offers security for internal sites. User ID and password protection are included with the system. Unlike the Internet's wide exposure for security breaches, callers to Web-On-Call Voice Browser system cannot break into key files on the Web server.
